Twitching??

Does anyone else seem to twitch a lot? Or is it just me? My arms and legs are worse for it. Thanks.x

My arms at night, sometimes I end up shadow boxing or something like to try and get the twitching to go away,

Never thought of that, thats a good idea. But i apparently do it in my sleep aswell as it keeps my fiancee up at night, especially when its a big one and i kick him with the heel of my foot on his shin lol. It does get annoying sometimes though. Thanks for your answer VG.x

Dear Sh3ronb,

The involuntary jerks you may be experiencing could be Myoclonic Jerks as I certainly have personally experienced as a symptom of my Fibromyalgia.

Or maybe Restless Leg Syndrome which is common in Fibromyalgia and many experience it regularly & some mostly at night.

You should consider a visit to your GP to discuss these symptoms so he/she can provide a diagnosis and any treatments he/she can offer.

yes,I jerk quite badly .I don't seem as bad since I've been taking Gabapentin.It was really annoying at one point as I kept nearly dropping things or hitting people!
