I feel as if my hands have gone two rounds with Mike Tysson. Not sure how to stop the wrists and fingers creating. I will try washing up the warm water may help xgins

Oh my Gins I ALWAYS wake up with red swollen stiff fingers I leave the washing up till morning as it helps, last two night they have been fine when I woke up surely the Amitriptyline wouldn't work that quickly and only on my fingers, cos it sure hasn't helped anywhere else apart from my local chemist where I buy my headache tablets from.

Rats you got in first with the 1st of December, hope you got something nice behind your advent calendar door, I got a Christmas elf leering at me ,,,,,,, reminded me Of someone.........thank goodness my calendar isn't of the scratch and sniff variety

Did you get a new cooker was it yellow is it big enough to roast a large turkey, did you get your OH to climb in to see...... My OH has gone mad, he has regressed to a teenager and sits on a very large beanbag playing COD 2 some stupid war game with lots of shooting and fighting he gets so excited he breathes like darth vader.

I thought of peace and goodwill to all men and most importantly silence so made him put headphones on,, big mistake he has friends playing so they shout down little microphones to each other,,,

Morning will look behind door - how appropriate "snowflakes". My oh has gone ooofff in a one on daily trip to Tescoe I reckon he get jealous of little grand daughter and we are looking after her for couple of hours today and tomorrow I really feel he should grow up.

I read that at 1st and thought ohh is this sonething new i not heard of before 'pinch and punch' lol thought was a saying or is it?

Or is it how you explaining how you feel gins , where is my brain well that got up and walked out a while ago hehe.

Definately know that feeling i am so egg shell fragile to touch no one can even tap me haha and my daughters say wow does that hurt ... Yep so please refrain or i kill you haha..

Yes, the 1st, not long left now and then I can have a restful day. Know what you mean about the hands and fingers, in fact I much prefer them to go numb than have pain xxxxx

I also have osteoarthritis in my hands & my knuckles have been swollen & sooo painful lately. I find the cold & extreme heat makes them worse. Because of them I got out of preparing the sprouts for dinner last night! So I guess there are some compensations! Lol!

As for "men" & their war games! There are three stages of man...........Little boys........Big boys...........& Old boys! Guess yours is about the middle stage?!

I suspect OH falls under Old Boys he certainly seems to have become a child again which put him in that catagory to my mind. Older and sillier xgins
