the headline read "undercover fridge" my brain instantly saw a fridge in an overcoat fascinated I read on .........ah it was a fridge for fitted kitchen. lol

my foggy moments are increasing and I find it ghastly when I say something and then go blank - blankety blank if the person I am with does not know about Fibro they look oddly at you or indeed try and fill your blanks for you "oh you mean." well no I didn't by this time the origional conversation has completely disappeared. I don't mean to offend but if they hang on it usually (well sometimes) comes right.

I suppose a lot of it is word association you know like "Olive" Pop eye Horse and Cart that sort of thing or is it just that our minds seem to be totally blank like a pause button on the TV,

Having spent years filling my brain with endless facts, figures, knowledge it is rather a shame it can all go.......... so easily with fog.

I hope some of the fog is related the quantities of pain killers then there is hope every thing will return to normal one day.

Well I have had a burble now it is time for coffee take care every one xgins

Whatever it is I,blame you gins.... Shopping thursday my pin number to pay..... Gone i stood at the checkout with bulging eyes frantically trying to remember what I had linked it to to remember, finally used mobile phone to phone OH hes in contacts.. No number to remember.....and ask him .... Then the machine wouldn't print out the address I had to write it out manually for home delivery , address was ok , but phone number had gone also.... I suspect those bits of my brain were stolen by gins undercover fridge.........I hope that fridge is at a suitable temperature to preserve my brain bits.

I do not know optimum temperature for brain freeze ..........thinks .........would that be like eating an ice cream.........

nothing worse than not remembering especially pin no's i was once in the post office and just went blank when i had to put my pin in the machine. I apologised to the lady she didn't seem worried and was patient while i racked my brain for numbers. You have to laugh at how silly it is to be put in the position where we look stupid. I seem to get confused even trying to get dressed i have to keep reminding myself what i am doing and putting on next.

is the local site you first mentioned called Freecycle by any chance ?
