Is worse at night, is it because we relax in bed, it's just so

For me my pain is unbearable at night and first thing in the
Morning, as the day goes on although I still have pain it is
More bearable, I take it that every. One is like this, would
It be better I wonder if I sat in a chair at night and not go
To bed. Pain medication does not take much of the pain
Away just helps a bit

Is it worse at night because we focus on it more? I dont know the answer but for me it is the time when my trust medication has run out about 3.30 am and then untill I am forced out of bed by pain usually about 4.30 - 5.00am then I have to straighten my back an move my joints and I WAIT FOR NEXT LOT OF MEDS TO WORK INTO SYSTEM xgins

hi viv i'm the same i have to crawl upstairs,during the day too but night time i am a different person.I can hardly move i'm like a very old person the pain is terrible.That's why i'm having a stair lift.Like you i can't understand why at night i become 90,i can only think it's the movements during the day,little bit like exercise do you think.The computer seems to bring on fatigue,when i come off it i'm still in the sat position going ooh! ouch!my eyes hurt and my body,"nightmare".anyway viv that's sort of my answer could go on forever but won't hurting now ,loads of love jacksiex
