Hello
Do you clench you teeth in your sleep? That can give you bad jaw ache. Do you have any wisdom teeth? I have one that has been erupting for years and when it decides to move I am in terrible pain.
I hope you can find the reason for the pain soon, a bit of an extreme way of dieting

It would be worth popping along to see your GP Holly about this because it could be TMJD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder) which can occur with Fibromyalgia.
If you click on the link, there is info about this -
It could also be what Piggy suggests, but best to be on the safe side and get it checked out to reassure you and get the appropriate treatment for this or at least pain relief.
I hope you feel some relief very soon, take care. xx
I tend to find that this happens on occasions when eating, and - rightly or wrongly - I have put it down to TMJD and ignored it!
Perhaps not the right thing ...?

I found I have had a feeling of my top teeth feeling clenched a couple of weeks back but its gone now..It was like the top set were being pulled down...very weird feeling and I woundered if it was just a slight stress thing with me as I feel okay now...
I dont clench my teeth but i do bite my teeth together (it is part of my tourettes) i have done this for years though and this pain is different to the pain i sometimes get with biting my teeth together.
I have looked at the details on the link and the symptoms of it sound just like what i have so i guess another dr trip is needed to either rule this out or to say i have this aswell! Yet another thing to add to the list of problems!
