Hi ya

Ye your not alone,I started getting them about a year before being diagnosed with fibro, get them up arms, chest, neck and behind ears,it's realy prickly heat or hives,I been takin anti-histermines for 2 years,do they itch, especially when you over heat?because having fibro means you are either to hot or to cold, tabs do work, only get a few itchy spots, maybe you should visit doc,see if he thinks you need anti-histermines.

HI,In answer to your question yes i have spots all year around centered on my upper back ,chest and tops of arms im not sure if it;s fibro related as my doctors says it's mild acne and like the lady above i get prickly heat and hives too.I find it infuriating at my age yet i try and claim i am a born again teenager or just a practicing teen lol ,mostly i cover up as tablets do not help and many creams just irritate my skin more ,direct sun tends to ease the problem but then i get hives and other rashes so it's a no win situation and i try to remain in humor mode when anyone mentions it.Not much help i'm afraid but at least you know your not alone in this x

Yes!!! I feel totally gross!!! Sure they are spots not hives as they are affected by hormone changes!

Hi. I think my hormones were put in back to front. I never got many spots as a teenager, but now at 54, I get loads on my chest and face (chin mostly). I sweat gallons while Im asleep during the night, so it could be to do with that. It started about a year ago. OH joy, another fibro related nasty !!
