I know what you mean. I put my thermal vest on today, but still had to put the space heater on in the living room. I can't wait for our open fire to be repaired so we can use it!

hope you're feeling a bit warmer now. the cold certainly doesnt help the ailments. I dress in layers and top them off with a woolly cardi. Am my mother reincarnated I reckon lol.

I get this feeling at the start of a flare... Don't wish to alarm or put a downer on here but just sayin'!!!!!

Sometimes this feeling will come over me and I'll rest and it doesn't last very long but if I try to carry on then I can be laid up for a while... May just be worth you taking it easy (if you are able to) for a little while.

Warm Wishes (pun intended!!) xx

You may have a cold coming, I always feel really chilly just before the typical cold symptoms start. This can also be said of the flu virus though and also a flare-up of Fibro as Celticmoon mentions above. Of course we are all different and you may just be feeling chilly today.

Snuggle up to a hot water bottle if you have one, keep warm and hopefully by tomorrow you will feel better. Take care, here's a hug for you (((hug)))

Bless you, i end up with socks, hot water bottle and dressing gown, being a granny has nothing to do with it. Fibro takes many forms, hope you get warm, and get rest too x

Hi iris

Hope you warmed up and are feeling better. Like celticmoon that cold to the very depth of your bones feeling generally signals an imminent flare up of fibro for me :-(( But we are all different and as fibro effects us all differently I hope this is not the case for you and it is something more minor. Whatever it is its your body's way of telling you it requires some tlc so take care of yourself, pace things and rest up where possible :-)

Best wishes

Dixie. X

You will find that this is one of the symptoms of the lovely fybromyalgia if I overdo things or am having a flare up I feel like this and at times you are not sure whether you are coming down with something or not but after a nights rest it can disappear only to reoccur the next afternoon. I'm not sure whether everyone gets this but I know that it has been a symptom of mine for over 20 years. So be gentle with yourself. Hugs to you
