fed up 2day just got letter off dla didn't get it Y Y Y cant i get HELP off any1 dont get payed my jsa yesterday

Aww evie sorry to hear ya didnt get it. I also got knocked bk but am in the process of appealing against what I consider a very unjust decision. I urge you not to give up and to continue to fight for what your entitled too. Good luck and im praying for better things for ya xx

No wonder you are feeling fed up! Can I suggest that you ask the CAB or a local benefits advisor for some help with your appeal? It seems to me that the current system unfairly discriminates against those who need the most support in our society so some specialist advise might be just what you need. Good luck and keep fighting for what is rightfully yours! Jane x

I've posted this before, hope it helps.

email the CAB and ask for an app't.

ask admin for the benefit and works info.

get letters of support from gp and consultants - ask them to send them to you for your appeal pack [make copies] .

- fill in the health conditions list and give them a copy to help them write the letters.

apply for Employment support allowance, you will get a bit more money and alos if you get into the support group will stand a better chance ith DLA, keep fighting , keep appealing. dont let them kick you down

was on that had 2go for a medical & lost so had 2go back on jsa
