sick of these dreams full on anxiety

suffered cfs for 10 yrs

im off work for a week

this has put me in low mood all day

i cant wait to sleep in so down

Aah hunny your not alone..were all going through the same on here.

Were going through alot at moment and looking at bring homeless on top.

Please please try and,keep your chin up.

Not easy i know.

The panic attacks are scary enough.

dwpession is a killer disease it kills your sense of humanity. please think of looking in the mirror and tell yourself F*^*k dave cameron you do matter all things pass and he will too.smile i would say jesus loves you but the voices in my ead tell me he is on holiday today petal

Hi Aimessmum, I know how you must be feeling, I suffer with Fibromyalgia and M.E.

Sometimes I am sat in the waiting room to see my GP and I start with awful anxiety for no reason, it is so strange.

I admire the fact that you are still working, have a good rest and don't beat yourself up, you are not alone.

i used to get weird heartbeats and shifting picutres for what seemed like a long time but was milliseconds after many many year they found out i had aterial fibrulation . so it never was anxiety doctors just lump everything together until you fall down in a heap blue then they think oh maybe there is a problem petal

haveyou discussed this with your gp dont tell him its an anxiety attack because he will agree with you just tell him your heart beat goes funny. petal
