Why is it I feel the cold more and when im not cold Im sweating my arse off!!!! What's the technical theory behind this please

I think it's caused by autonomic dysfunction , this is how ur body temperature is regulated but fibromites can have problems regulating temperture so causing too hot too cold, perspiration etc autonomic regulates heart rate blood pressure ect I just found this out after suffering too fast heart rate .thanks Michelle

Thank you, having probs with high cholesterol etc now doctor phoned me after fasting blood test got to go and see her, it's not like me to be cold

Hi, I'm always cold, my hubby and I can be sat in our lounge and I'm saying I'm freezing!! I'm in about 3/4 layers of clothes and he's sat in shorts and t-shirt, and feeling hot! On our temp chart it's reading 26 degrees. It drives me mad!! At work I'm cold everyone else wanting windows and doors open as they are hot! So I'm even colder then! It isn't very nice at all. I do sympafy with you. X

I sweat for the least little thing. Doc put me on diptropan which really helps but the down side is, it makes it difficult to pee and your throat dries up. I tend to use it when I have something social coming up like last night, I was a silver wedding party so I took it the day before and the day of the party. x

I am like a walking thermal generator .... almost always hot. But if I do get cold it takes me ages to warm up again.

I go from one extreme to the other,the temperature doesn't seem to be that relevant - my body thermometer just does what it likes. It can get really embarassing!
