Well im now officially on the sick... at work saturday i collapsed because of my knees and now im a hazard in the kitchen looking like im going to be laid off... this is all i need.

Need a job and employer that will accept me with Fibro and all :/... x.

Have done nothing but be in pain and stiff since this cold weather and come and now im going to be down on my wages meaning i cant even afford to go back to college would be so much easier if they had not declined my bus pass... i could finish my course jobless not.

Life sucks eh..

im so so sorry hun .is there a way at all with college?i really hope so?

my fella was gutted when his body decided to end his career after working his whole life.and he hates not working.so hes gone back to college and the d.w.p are paying for it?

can you not get any advice at all?and is there no one who lives near you who can drop you off at college and pick you up.?maybe they go there as well.?

Why was your bus pass declined .. I have a disabled bus pass eligible because my meds make it unsafe for me to drive ... Dr wrote a letter stating this handed that in with my application and a week later my free disabled bus pass for 5 years arrived... Admittedly since I got it in August I have only used it a couple of times, been too I'll to use bus but if you can make advantage of one and you are on meds that say can cause drowsiness do not drive if affected you ARE eligible for a bus pass..

College is 45 minutes away :/ and im only 18 i havent even had a career yet and i cant drive and i dont take any meds at all lol been taken off them all because of my age.. xx

What painkiller do you have? Do they say can cause drowsiness... If you have to have painkillers that mean you would be unsafe to learn to drive because of side effects that will work too...

If you are likely to be laid off because your too ill or a danger in the work place then take a trip or call the citizens advise and tell them you have been truned down for bus pass and ask them to help you get one. They gave me good advise on this when I got turned down x

Thank you. Im going to try and get a letter off my doctor a d try it again. If it gets declined again i willgt in touch with with these x

i think if you are going to be off work for 3 months or more you can apply for DLA. If you already have this then take it to jobcentre and apply for help of some sort.if they send you for other interviews you have to inform employers of your risks....not sure if that helped you but good luck hun xx
