This made me chuckle, and I want you all to do this everyday ......... yeh right is this before or after we take our meds just to get ourselves mobile? Some people don't half live in a fantasy world, but it's ok everyone knows them there!

.......but but but I don't have stairs I live in a bungalow..does falling out of bed count as leaping..... And when I have stopped laughing .. Does that count as stomach crunches cos my stomach is aching with all the laughing

I wonder if she realises how ridiculous she sounds in this article .. Or maybe it's meant to be funny ... Made me laugh anyway

Thanks VG x

Ok, well, the first one I can manage - if I get up before my legs are stable enough to hold me, I'll easily 'hit the floor', and it'll take me 10 attempts to get up again! The second lot, you have got to be kidding, love! I couldn't do this before fibro! I do manage the squats, though - someone has to pick up all of the things my silly hands drop!

I already do calf raises and butt squeezes - it's called taking the pressure off my aching feet, and trying to find a comfortable position for my back. 50 crunches ... I do 50 cracks, yelps and ouches whilst getting dressed; will that do?

I side-step down the stairs - surely this must count? I occasionally fall against the desk, and have to give myself an 'inclined push-up', and am often to be seen waggling my legs and arms about when on the phone, to ease out some of the twangs and pains.

There you go, I've nearly managed the workout ... the fibro-way!

I think I need a lie down - and that is just from reading the article

VG I honestly believe the deluded woman takes herself seriously. And yes I reckon we all do our own version of this as you say Sarah the 'Fibro way'

keep smiling folks :)

Ok - If I re-read the article before 10.00 a.m. every morning - is that good enough?

I have rewrote it, sorry but it just had to be done .....

7.00 wake up

7.05 go to toilet

7.10 go back to bed

10.00 wake up

10.05 breakfast in bed

well that's my work out sorted

Maybe we should all try the microwaved eggs for breakfast...perhaps they are magic, or maybe it was the mushrooms that went with them?! Anybody who smiles like that while exercising has to be taking something that is not on my list of medications ;) Jx

There's only one 7 o'clock in my world and that's 7pm.
