... to say that my lovely mate in physio has fitted me up with my elbow crutches! I hopefully won't need them all the time, but at least they're there for when I do.

We did have a giggle, though, with me hopping up and down the corridor, trying to get used to them! I can manage 2-sticks-forward-one-step-each-foot, but the opposing stick to foot had me very confused! I started off ok, but 2 steps later, I was in a pickle! Is that the fibro, I ask, or just me being a dippy bint? ;)

A quickie? That meant some thing different when I was a young girl,

Not that I can remember what it was just wish this fibro fog would go

hi it does take some getting used to i had the underarms type due to the type of surgery i had. It does become second nature after a while warm hugs Jacqui x

good luck with those I have not had them for a few years but I remember they were under arm ones( I had been on traction for three months and was learning to walk again) anyway I was in the local Naafi - shop- a little boy came up and askedme in all seriousness how I put my trousers on! bless him xgins
