take an index finger

point it at yourself

say out loud

"You Are Special"

"However you are is ok"

"Whatever happens you are a survivor"

You have Fibro, IT doesn't have you!"

"Every day is an achievement."

"I am proud of you"

and..... relax

regards,

sandra.

indeed sums us ALL up, best smiley wishes x

Fantastic, I remember going to a weight watchers years ago and this girl stood up to say what her success was and how she achieved it so she said her father told all his children, to look in a mirror every day, and say "I can do anything", repetedly and thats what helped her to loose weight and stick to her diet, so I think your phrases are brilliant must remember them and see if they enlighten me, thanks xxx
