is any one suffer like me?

hi i am 55, female . i have fibro about 5 years i have lots of pain in my body .i have been very ill recently about 4 or 5 days a week i am in bed i can do nothing is any one the same as me?

yes,I have permanent burning pain in my hands and feet with shooting pains ,muscle stiffness and pain in other parts of my body as well.every now and then i over do it and spend a day in bed feeling rough.

Hi. I too have to take to bed for a few days after I have been ill. It is normal if you have needed to do more that your body will allow, weather changes and stress. Best wishes for some relief. Gentle hugs xx

Hi Akram, I think most people on this site have spells where they might be confined to bed or the sofa. If it is a while since you saw your GP though, it might be wise just to check that all is well and that you have not developed any extra issues.

Hi Amanda. I too am like this. The past couple of weeks have been really bad for me too. In the past 24hours i have slept for 18of them. every joint, muscle, bone in my body is painful. It feels like a electric train is running through my veins 24/7. The weather has a lot to do with mine, if theres rain on the way my body knows, if the sun is shining then I feel more alive. Stress dosnt help at all this only makes it worse. The list is endless of how bad this condition can make you feel. Hope you pick up and feel better very sonn. Ann x
