is any one experience

hi all my friends,today i posted my ESA50 with the letter from my GP in which states ,i am not fit to work ,and not fit to attend to any medical.Let me know what you think please ,if i have to go, do you think how long dose it take to ask me to attend to medical assessment.thank very much

thanks sandra some people say ,it take nearly 2,3 months some say 2,3 weeks.

I have just posted mine back!! I have not sent anything with mine. I do not class it as a medical just ticking off on a computer. When i was called in for medicals when i was medically retired after an accident, it was a proper stripped medical with a doctor. Full examination that took up to an hour. They have all my notes and medical reports from previous appts. It is not worth worrying if your ill your ill . Good Luck.

Once you get the form, they give you 3 to 4 weeks to return it. Then it takes about a month from the date you return it to being assessed.

If you are changing from IB to ESA, they might not ask you to attend, if this is your 2nd form, it takes around a month before they ask you to attend.

Did you keep a copy and send the form via recorded delivery. How long is a pie e of string? I sent my form off in August 2012 and eventually had a response in January 2013. I think it depends on where you live and how busy they are. Also if they have enough info then they will not need to call you in, they can make a decision based on whatever you sent in. Good luck.
