Does any one else suffer from bouts of swollen glands?
yes and exactly the same as you so painful though xxx
Yes I get that too - its a real warning sign with me to slow down. It particularly affects my neck. The body being under stress explanation sounds about right.
Hi I hope you feel better soon, I had swollen glands for ages, and took some measures to help, keep your neck warm, suck losenges, warm drinks not cold, relax and meditate with soft music....anything to help you relax, watching funny films...soft hugs xx...
Hi ment to say, I dont have swollen glands any more, havent for a long timexx
Hi Loopladye - yes I have had this for years. I feel I have a constantly sore throat and the back of my soft pallette. Also swollen glands in neck and under arms. Sucks, but appears there is nothing else going on so I've had to put up with it. Heat pads seem to help me.
Hope you manage to find a little relief from it.

thank you for all your replies and tips/hints...xx gentle hugs all round
I do, as ArtyRosie said, it's a real warning to me to slow down.
I take a tsp of manuka honey each day, it was suggested to me when I was diagnosed with my little c, to help rebuild my immune system after my treatment.
I've stuck with it, (pardon the pun), because I adore honey and I figure I need all the help I can get.
It certainly isn't going to hurt me.
