thanks so much to the lovely replies about my post "YES".

It has been a hard slog but worth it in the end, I feel sorry for genuine people who cant cope and give up.

My son will have a little left over as sadly being denied what was his, he accrued a bit of debt, at least he can clear that and begin to move forward.
