Is this muggy weather effecting anyone else? the pains in my neck and shoulders are awful; they are so bad that I cant sleep.
Try roll up a hand towel then place between neck and shoulder to lye down hopefully will hope smiles and hugs xx
Yeah the muggy weather is definetly affecting me in a detrimental way, i'm feeling far more achey all over and my head feels like its gonna explode. I have a duck down filled pillow for times when im super sensitive. Its a softer filling so doesnt seem to 'hurt' as much as synthetic filled ones. Its a little more expensive to buy but well worth it. Just wish I could afford a duck down duvet - im saving my pennies x
Oh yes, I can certainly say that its been terrible - I was in Surrey over the weekend and it was next only to being in a Sauna !! Its really (together with the death of my Father) thrown me into one of the worst flares I have had this year. I have a tempur neck pillow which I luckily have a coolmax cover for. I also have a memory foam mattress (again with the coolmax cover, otherwise i'd be cooked like a lobster by morning ) It is much more comfy than any other mattress i've slept on, so that's a bonus ! Hope that the humidity goes down so that you all can feel better. muchly dottii x
I have a memory foam mattress but ive never heard of the Coolmax cover. I would like to get one as , although the mattressis very comfy , it is too warm at times . Could you tell me where to get one .? thankyou .xxoo
I've been having a couple of weeks where I feel so rotton and so weak most of the time it's an effort raising a smile or trying to intice some sort of happy feelings in me, except for my cats and dog, they can make me smile anytime, they are so cute and so clever, xx
Yes, pets do help. I have 2 cats and 1 dog,and when im feeling bad just being with them helps.
