capita told to add my evidence in a report they already wrote -by pip !! Is this good or bad ???

hi just a question I’m wondering if anyone has been through ? I am going through a review of pip and I had the assessors report which was awful made up lies etc and some of my medication was not included and some doses lower than what they actually are!

I went to my gp , speacialist councillor and therapist (all of which the assessor said I did not have )

They all wrote me letters etc

I put my prescriptions in the further evidence too and I ended up with 12 pages (including my cover letter of failings on the assessors part)

I called pip today and they told me they have sent my further evidence to capita to include and amend where needed in the report so a decision maker can make a decision.

my question is has this happened to anyone else before ??

I myself have never heard of pip telling capita to make changes to a report they already made ???

why would they ask them to change it when they had it wrong ??

the assessor said no symptoms of anxiety etc but left out my medication for my anxiety completely!! So

I’m just confused and I’m on my 6th week waiting anxiously xx

yes there was so many discrepancies it was unbelievable!!

I have mentioned welfare rights and citizen advice are already supporting me with any further help needed to fill out forms and possibly a mandatory reconsideration or even a tribunal !

So see what they come back with . I reported capita assessor but not dwp ??

hello ajay575 just a little update - regarding my capita complaint.

They are refusing to change the report they wrote .

Even though they missed out medication and my counselling and therapist plus gp letters .

I’m absolutely deflated !!

They under dosed me in the report and missed out meds . I put extra proof in and they still are refusing to change the report .

Gutted doesn’t come close because they have lied !

Make a new PIP claim, it maybe less stressful. You will get it looked at sooner, new claim, different Decision Maker who will hopefully be more empathetic and look at the evidence you have provided fully. Make sure you keep a copy of everything you have provided to PIP, you will be able to gauge the evidence you have provided.

i cant comment on pip telling capita add stuff, i dont know/dont remember. But i can comment on LIES. At the time i had a rather large german shepherd well behaved. He said i WRESTLED WITH A LARGE DOG when answered the door. So if wrestling with a large dog is SAYING ''Ben back up so he can get in while im wobbling around on 2 sticks, and SAYING ''Ben, kitchen theres a good boy'' then ok i was wrestling 🤨🙄Thats just an example i cant remember the rest, but they DIDNT READ a 3 page letter an official had written for me. They DENIED everything that was said, they just had lied about everything, about me NOT HAVING DISABILITY AIDES i had paid for a shower in, couldnt afford a wetroom. i had handrails back n front doors, in downstairs loo, i had a frame around the upstairs loo. I had what they call a perch stool, its slanted for when in kitchen washing dishes cooking ect. I have disability scooter, i have what they called a half derby step to my back door. i had 2 sticks at front door, 1 at top of stairs 2 stair rails and other stuff too but thats all the 'EQUIPMENT I DIDNT HAVE' So yeh i know where u r coming from, i literall brokedown when i saw this inch thick report of lies. I gave up literally, but the lady that had been helping me, said he basically called her a liar too and she wasnt standing for it, and she pushed me to keep pushing on. Get back up hun,citizen advice, social worker, disability solutions anyone with any standing that can back u up

hello I’ve just had a decision and I’ve been given standard rate for the next 3years .

I think I should have an extra 4 points where they have missed some things out but I’m not willing to rock the boat .

It’s been a hell of a fight even with gps medication, therapists and counsellors . People without all this have an awful journey to go through .

Thankyou and I know I feel fr others and the strain they put on you is horrific .

Exactly I gt something when so many others don’t .

All I can say is get letters from doctors and anyone else u can . It’s the only way forward xx
