got put intowork related esa group in april and i have asked for a reconsideration , they have sent me another esa50 form to fill in . is this normal when appealing ? also does anybody know the website what helps us with filling this form in xxx

If you can get to a Citizens advice, or Welfare rights they will be more than happy to fill the forms in for you.

Not had that but hubby got an ESA50 about 8 weeks after winning his appeal - we've not heard any more about it and that was a couple of months back now.

The best thing you can do is contact CAB for assistance in completing the form. I posted this a few days ago about a site which goes over the criteria for ESA:

You won't need the sick notes as you've been put in the WRA Group but you really need to get your hands on the ESA 85 assessor's report to see exactly what's been said about you and why they came to their decision.

To get into the Support Group you need to score all the 15 points in a single criteria (just for example: mobility or dexterity or reaching).

The other site you may be thinking of is benefitsandwork.co.uk but you will need to take out membership to access the information - the ESA info is more or less what's on the MyLegal site above.
