PIP ATOS

I did a post this morning about my compliant form how to do one .

This is a really good start don't think there's going to be any hope.

I rang them and said I wanted to complain about the assessor and how we were treated.

This is a very good start I have just opened the letter and guess what.

It starts off, I AM WRITING IN RESPONCENTO YOUR COMPLAINT REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU HAVE WAITED FOR YOUR HOME CONSULTATION FOR PIP.

HUM

I HAVE HAD MY ASSESSMENT I WENT TO THEM LAST WEEK.

THATS WHAT I WANT TO CONPLAIN ABOUT.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB RIGHT AT ATOS.

Gives me the impression they don't .

Now I need to find out who to complain to about ATOS as I don't think it's any good complaining to them I still will do but I think I need aback up plan

Any advice welcome.

  • Contact your MP they might be a help if they do their job, but probably on their holidays.

  • Hello Newquay,

    I suspect that you have to let ATOS deal with the matter first before you can take it any further. I guess that the next step is to complain to the DWP as ATOS is working on their behalf.

    If it were me, I would visit the Citizen's Advice Bureau as they have probably helped someone with this before.
