Me too............all week for me. It is gradually getting better but very sore. Never know what part of the body is going to act up. Very Disgusting. Try ice and heat Nikki. That is what I have done but not gone completely even with that and pain meds. Hope everyone has a good day. Hugs. K

Do you have access to any physiotherapy, osteopathy or specialist massage (almost always privately)? If not, it is worth getting a referral to physio on the NHS.

Seeing your GP for a check and temporary medications might be an idea - for example, muscle relaxants can be better than anti-inflammatories or analgesics for muscle spasms and severe myofascial pain.

i saw a physio therapist in 2007, i payed private. they said that they couldnt do anything for me. i went to see a physio therapist last year and she said the same after a course of radio therapy didnt work.

Hello, is there any medicine for the muscle spasms, difficult to make an appointment to GP. also I am getting confused to tell Dr. as I have toooo many different type of pains all over my body. i have been suffering this since many years, getting worse to bare when added a few more health problems.. Pain started on my back due to several heavy lifting a day, extended to my legs and now ,on my neck and arms(like murdering) extending more and more i am terrified to think what is next. I believe muscle relaxants would ease the pain..

muscle relaxants are ok, but they limit your daily life and hobbies. leaving you feeling worthless if your not careful. just demand what you want your doctor to do for you and keep to it until your satisfied with thw result. kind regards. nicola

my back is finally feeling better after a few joints today.
