I am so sorry to read that you cannot sleep, and that your feet are causing you problems. I get exactly the same in my feet, it is a painful burning sensation and it is so unpleasant. There is a podiatrist not far from where I live and I am going to make an appointment just to get my feet checked out to make sure there is nothing else going on there?

It may be worth you discussing the issue with your GP? I do not know if GPs do referrals to podiatrists or chiropodists, it is not something I have come across, but your GP would be able to advise.

I genuinely hope that you can manage to get a wonderful pain free sleep my friend.

Hi Ken I have RA and have this burning in my feet all the time, more noticeable when going to sleep. wishing you well.

Yes they do, and diabetes nurses too, so I would think it's fairly easy.

Hello Vixen I answered this once, It has vanished somewhere. Either that or I have totally lost it.

Now what were we talking about, oh yes, Hot feet.

I have had burning feet sensations for years and have found that the best way to deal with it is to treat them as though they are really burnt and stick them in a bowl of cold water. the reaction is the same as if they are acctualy burnt, you have to keep moving them ,if you keep them still the pain builds up again. but it does work hugs sue
