Pain in both my breast swelling and painful nothing I ever experienced with either one of my pregnancy
Hello....sounds quite horrid. What did your doctor say when you saw him? I do think you should go back as soon as possible. There is a condition called mastitis which can cause very tender boobs, but I don't know if you can have this when you are not pregnant!! I do so hope you get this sorted very quickly......
Very gentle hug

The doctor said it could be from the sports bra I was wearing or it could be my other bras idk I'm looking for a doctor now because i have heard of cancer in the breast and making them swell
I can't see a bra making your boobs that sore and tender. I agree with everyone else - go back to see your GP ASAP. If possible see a different Doctor in the practice
Thanks I am
There are numerous Drs in my surgery but I always go to the same one. I know it will be a long wait but that's because she has all the time in the world for her patients and truly cares. She's one of those Doctors who are in the profession for the right reasons. I am so glad i found her. It is she who diagnosed me after 11 years!
Have you been shown how to check your breasts for lumps? Are you on a contraceptive? Have you taken antibiotics recently? Are you breast feeding (including your partners pleasure)! I doubt its the Big C it doesn,t affect both sides at once, possibly mastitis?? Go to your doc a.s.a.p
Yes no lumps not breast feeding haven't had a baby since 2010 so I'm confused and when I told my doctor about my sports bra an that every since I wore it they had been swollen and hard both of them not just one but both mastisis is the only thing left
Did your doc advise you to take some pain relief? Have you tried to express your nipple and see if anything comes out? if it does then you should tell g.p and ask him to swab it to get an answer. I,m not sure changing bras could affect you so badly, have you got a female g.p in your practice-maybe she could give you amore sympathetic ear.
Yes I tried to see if anything would come out and nothing did and the doctor only said take Tylenol and that was it that's why im looking for a female gp because I'm so confused and worried
Unless the sports bra you bought flattened you completely I can,t see it being that- maybe ask g.p to refer you to a breast surgeon for scans? Do you have smears and breast examinations regular? a good breast surgeon might do a mammogram to find a possible answer.
Well just did research on mastitis they said its rare for woman that aren't breastfeeding but it is common for woman between the ages 20 to 30 and if they smoke its more than likely to happen
Mastisis people are saying you have that while being pregnant but unless they got my blood mixed up with someone else then I can't be pregnant
I've had mastitis for 28 years came after my milk went and never left. get it sorted asap i didn't have mine treated. go back to gp he cant leave you like that or better still well woman clinic they will know n get gp to listen
hugs hope you get it sorted soon
My friend suffered with mastitis some years ago. she was in a great deal of pain. She was not pregnant and in her late 20, s I would be going back to see my doctor Iif I was you and demanding answers. I can't believe a sports bra would cause that sort of pain. Quite the opposite in fact. I thought they were made for comfort and reduce discomfort !!
