Hi, have you tried Valerian Root? it's a relxant and works brilliantly for muscles and restless legs syndrome. Hope it helps Cerin x

I have restless legs and terrible and painful.i. lay a hot water bottle onto it.

Have you asked your doctor to give you Pramipexole,it`s been my life saver and I know others on here have it.

I tried everything going,but it wasn`t till I fell asleep in the GP`s waiting room from sheer exhaustion due to legs jangling all night,that he agreed we needed to try something medical.

I don`t respond to drugs very well but I`m only on a very low dose and take it when I`m about ready to try and settle down.

Worth aking Hun as I know it can drive you mental.

Restless leg used to wake me up at night. I now take a high dose of magnesium and Omega 3 supplement and have never been woken up with it since.
