Fibro Books at last!

Hi have recieved my two books from Amazon at last ! Wil need to get stuck in & read them now lol! Has anyone else found books helpful? Got Living with Fibro & The Fibro Healing Diet by Christine Craggs-Hinton. xxx dottiedog

I have fibro for dummies. Its really good covers everything u need to know about fibro hope your books help. Its good that some drs recognise fibro as a problem

anyone got a healthy diet book for fibro sufferers as im trying my best to find out if my eating habits are hindering me im trying to eat healthy and keep fit so my muscles get stronger mind you its killing me to do it but im pushing myself hard im not going to give into mr fibro xxx

I got the Fibromyalgia Healing Diet by Christine Craggs-Hinton. Just skimmed throught it looks good! will let you know how I get on harvey12. yes it's hard work keeping that Fibro in it's place. xxx dottiedog

hi Finlay will let you know how they go really just skimmed them just now! am going to have to get into them , will take notes along the way. Think the Healing Diet will be hard to get into as I have so many bad habits! But will be worth it if it helps with the pain!!! Bad day today this bloody weather,
