Rain!!

Well it's been a bad week overall fibro-wise. So sore all over, just want to go back to bed. Think I will start logging how I am, I'm sure my body hates the rain! I know it hates the cold. Too tired to say any more LOL.

And don't you hate it nowadays when someone asks "how are you?" Do I tell them how I REALLY feel? Or do I just say "not so bad", "fine", or "if only you could feel it too"?????

Hi Lynz

I'm sorry for how you are feeling. I think the rain & muggy days has an affect on fibro. With the humidity I feel sore, heavy & gives me horrendous headaches.

Take it easy & try to ride it out.
