Hot weather holiday, less pain hopefully

We will be off to turkey today! I hope it not too much hassle or pain, will be swallowing pain killers with my cup of tea shortly. Not sure about other people but the sun helps with the pain for me, always dread the winter!! Catch up with you soon byee xx

ive just come back from turkey , i didnt pack my case untill a few hours before we flew out to turkey, i was crying and in a lot of pain i just didnt want to go, however once i got there i was totally amazed yes i had pain but i felt a bit normal again it was such a relief, now iam back home though i iam back with the pain and sleeping , so please go and enjoy ya self its amazing what a bit sun does x

We've just come back from Menorca and it was hot and sunny with most days doing not a lot apart from laying around on beach. I felt so much better that most days i was forgetting to take my lunchtime tablets! I said that it was almost like a magic cure for me!
