Hi, not sure if you already know this but it's best to avoid caffine. I buy caffine free tea, coffee, drinks etc. Hope this helps! x

Hi my fav thing to do is a hot shower for as long as i can take it and as hot as i can take it, i have very sore neck and really bad headaches most of the time and this is worth the effort of doing, and help you relax too, it feels like a gentle massage and numb to pain even for a short time it is worth it. i also use a tens machine and it has the same feeling,

gentle hug to all

i can only shower these day as i can no longer get in or out the bath

great guys, please, keep them coming

I have loads of recipes for you lally, and short cuts to help. the best bit of kitchen kit i bought was a slow cooker. it not only saves me slaving over a hot stove, especially when i can handle pots/pans or being on my feet -use a perching stool- but wheni am having bad days i can put ingredients into the cooker in the morning to be done in time for tea and they come in all sizes to suit each family. and i have short cuts for adding to the meal. so just pm me if you want any in particular

hugs poppy xx
