Hi magnetta

NHS Choices have a treatment page for RLS, so I have pasted you the link below:

NHS Choices - Restless leg Syndrome

I want to wish you all the best of luck with this, and have a very merry pain free Christmas and I genuinely hope that you have a happy pain free new year.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi Magnetta

I've been reading up about magnesium and this is supposed to help restless legs along with a host of other things. I've been taking it for about two weeks now and I've only had one RS episode so I'd say it's worth a try?

Yes - your Dr should be able to help with this - my friend is now RLS free & wonders why it took a change of Drs - she suffered for years. All the best

My doctor sorted mine out with just a pill at night. It was instant first proper nights sleep in about 15 years.

Ropinirole. It worked for me, I had to have the dose put up by 0.5, but as I said I had had it severely for years even before the fibro kicked in. Hope you find relief xxx

I take one tablet of Pramipexexole, prescribed by the GP, every night about an hour before I go to bed. It has been like a miracle to not suffer Restless Leg syndrome every night.
