I am hatinhg my sleep pattern at the min i keep getting up at 4 am and i go to bed at 11.30 and dont really drop off for couple hours then i get up to go to loo couple times so 2 hours sleep if that
i really am sore too my spine /my hip/ across the top of my shoulders well pretty much my whole body !!! so i wake up so unrefreshed it is horrible and to top it all i had been biting my tongue ouch !!!1
