Hello everyone. Yesterday I went and lay down with a bad headache. This at 7:00 pm next thing I know I went to sleep. I woken up 10:30 pm to go to bathroom and went back to bed stayed awake for few hours then went to sleep. I woken up at 6:00 am stayed up and I was so sleepy that I could go to sleep why I was standing up. I had to take a shower for a doctor appointment. As I am waiting for the nurse call me I could go to sleep. I hate when the fibro acts like this. Never know what is going to be next.

I've never been that bad but I'm in pain a lot with it

Ive been really sleepy today. I sit on the loo with the lid down when I dry myself after a shower and I fell asleep with my head on the loo roll. Then after breakfast I sat drifting off again. I sat waiting for my appointment and again went to la la land and when I got back home went straight to sleep and have just woken up. Thats the day gone its so annoying and I dont think my OH understands today because he keeps giving me funny looks. Oh the lost days and joys of fibro. Gentle hugs Joolz.x

I'v been feeling exactly the same over the last few days Mary. I think It's some kind of Fibro plague(sorry trying to be funny, ha ha)

All of my fellow sufferers are just the same. It would be nice If It passed (wishful thinking) Never mind Mary, tomorrow Is another day. We just have to be optimistic

I'm awake most nights because I talk to a good friend in America who has helped me a lot But if you feel a bit lost at night send me a message I'm normally ln bed in pian awake xx

I had a long sleep in the bath this afternoon. was falling asleep when dishing up tea. hubby cooked it, and i am wondering that if i went to bed now, would i sleep through or be awake half of the night

With me I never know when I get sleepy.Today i have been sleepy all day. Just like right now if I go to sleep now it is hard to say on what be next,
