I said from the beginning that I had not been to the doctor, but was reading around fibro to see if it might be my problem. After reading here about a lot of people with significant difficulties, I still wasnt sure because the almost constant aches and pains and poor sleep ad poor coordination and poor memory were not that severe.
So I tried Devil's Claw and magnesium with calcium for the pain, Kalms for stress, Rhodiola rosea for anxiety and low mood,Gingko biloba with sage, lemon balm and rosemary extract for memory,fish oil with primrose oil and starflower oil for joints and hormone health; gave up - almost - caffeine and red wine and engaged my mind more fully at Aiki sessions and here I am: not even a paracetamol for 3 days, sleeping better, no weeping at the weekend and finding the enthusiasm to do more at work than just coast.
No it hasnt all gone away completely and I rattle, but oh the improvement is joyous!
No idea if it's all or some of the above. Still dont know if I really have fibro or not but love and encouragement to you all - maybe the good days are just around the corner!
