Thanks for reminding me - I used to know this but, fibrofog! I used to use a lot of essential oils but this new flat doesn't have a bath in it, only a shower. I so miss my baths! I find chamomile oil helps too but it's expensive and doesn't smell too good so I mix it with something that smells nice like geranium.
Me too - I know I have a bottle of it somewhere. Must go and search..
A couple of drops of lemon oil on the floor of the shower helps me wake up in the morning- if I remember to use it. The oil mixes with the steam and you get the lovely fresh scent of lemon to kick start your day!
I was recommended to use this by an aromatherapist, love it in the bath, thats when I can get in one xx
Lavender is great, I use a lavender body lotion by elemis...gently moisterise all over with it and then sleep like a baby....definately recommend elemis and no I don't work for them!!
I've got a new ottoman bed and I've got little sachets of lavender in the storage bit (where I keep my shoe collection lol).
