I feel that I cannot manage going to a supermarket on my own plus I find it all very overpowering, so I have started to do the majority of my shopping at my local co-op store, the staff are very friendly and are only to pleased to take my shopping and load it into my car. It may be a little more on the pocket, but I don't get stressed and I can usually get most of what I want, anything else my husband picks up on his way home from work. So that works nicely for me.
Overpowering is the right word, sometimes I get dizzy and everthing gets bright, I'm told its supposed to be a panic attack .. low blood sugar really, but at least we dont let the challenge get the better of us and manage in our own way

bless you hope you are better tomorrow love diddle x
