i have not been to sleep yet its about 3 am , in agony neck and shoulders hurt so bad and my ribs.

i just hope when i see my lovely doc thursday she will give me some strong pain killers and sleeping tablets , cant go on like this . anyone out there still awake x

yup, managed 1 and 1/2 hrs. You name it, it hurts. Hopefully I will fall asleep on the couch later and get some kip..x

snoring makes me cross but then that is because I cant

hi me too had 2/3 hours again but not deep refreshing sleep just cat nap slweeps i am hurting all over my arms especially and my neck that i have like whiplash god knows how that happened i dont know love to you diddle x

Hi my sleep pattern is so eratic... had 2 hours sleep last night now I am very dizzy and falling into doors !!!!!!!!

I have tried sleeping tablets and they worked for a short while... anything is worth a try hey....

I hear you, sistah! Last night I tried everything - hot baths, major pain killers. sleep meds, dr put me on meds for MS spasms. Nothing helps. I also do heat/ice/massage. Went to the pain clinic and they said there's nothing they can do! Hopeless!
