When I can't sleep now I munch on lettuce. It works for me x Strange but true LOL

But really can't tolerate caffiene or artificial sweetners as they steal my ability to sleep

You poor things *hugs* I was out of it last night thanks to my high dose of Gabapentin but I have woken up feeling like I haven't slept at all and a ache sooo much. Xxxxx

i awoke at 12.30 with the same. stressful day yesterday so expect this is the result. went to bed at 9pm. taken meds but unable to find relief so going to shut the curtains and go back to bed soon. please god let me sleep and awake with less pain. preferably before my daughter returns home from school

Know exactly how you feel. We are all suffering at the moment with this damps weatther. I'm lucky inasmuch as I can sleep until the pain wakes me about6ish. pain in neck, jaw and head and sightt blurred. If you listen to music to help you sleep I would recommend you listen to Classic F.M. or maybe put a Mozart tape on. I find tthAT THIS HELPS A LOT.

gOD BLESS.

Yes It must be the weather that is the problem at the moment we all are having flare ups not good at all hope this wet weather goes soon to ease our pain soft hugs to all )))) Allan x
