OUCH!!!!

Damn it, still in more pain than usual, a week has passed, and tonight I've got Mindfullness, the 2hrs of sitting rather still which started it in the first place,

Now I am looking forward to learning more and getting out, just not looking forward to the pain, (lets hope its not too bad)
