god im in pain today its in my neck feet and back and its giving me a headache but i still insisted on working in the garden i dont know why i do it but i do when ever im in pain i still do somert and make it worse im so stupid

If it improves your mood, sometimes its good to get outside... but now REST!!!!!! We all do this sometimes, and I'm probably the worst culprit for doing it.... xx

hi sarah i useto do that thinking i could work throu the pain , but that was sooooo silly so now i lisen to my body when it says stop i do and that way i fined i end up doing moor (but that is me ) even if i am in the middel of doin anythink if my body says enuf then that is that . i have been doing tea befor today and had to just swich everythink of and sit down and ither just whate till ken comes in or just leave things sorry for rambeling my self as meds have started and i canfeell a bad time coming the pain is getting bad and fingers are looking and feeling like sausages and gettink to painful to tiype . but hope you are feeling so much better soon BUT SIT DOWN AND REST ordes from a consernd fellow sufera be well soon

Hi misskittycat,

I do this too. lol.

My family are always saying 'i will walk up for the kids etc', but i want to do it if i can. I feel so much better if i get out and socialise, even if it is just for 10 mins to school and back. I think the fresh air does you good, if you can manage it. :)

Its has took me a long time to learn how to pace myself and i still get it wrong somedays. lol.

thats fine hun i understand lol yeah ive had this years now but only just finding out things now never had help before i try pacing myself but i go into im ok moad and just think im ok cos ive started and i must finish lol

if you haven't already got one, it's worth investing in a wheatpack you can heat in the microwave. I've had mine on my neck this morning. Ah, bliss :-)

please listen to your body. slow and steady wins the race. kind of...
