My body hurts today, i even have pains in my hands, never had that before, going to see my new gp this thursday hope to get this fibro back under control and get another test for coeliacs as been of wheat for over 2 years, yet bloods still show im eating it , time for bed . x

I'm pretty sure that you are aware that there is also wheat in so many more food stuffs that at first come to mind.

I was told not to eat wheat, but that was over 20 years ago and the specialists shops were not only expensive but far and few between.

There's even wheat in gravy granules and chocolate.

Some time ago, after years of trying to give up wheat and gluten, I finally succeeded and felt better. My GP said I needed to start eating it again for a few weeks before I could have the coeliacs test. I felt worse for eating wheat etc again but the test came back negative and since then I haven't been able to give it up again but I keep trying. It seems that wheat is as addictive as coffee. I hope things work out better for you and your pain eases a bit. Good luck
