Hi old before time. I don't think anyone could possibly have a clue what it's like to have Fibro unless they have it.
Click on the link 'visit our website' on the right side of the home page. There is lots of helpful info there. It may help them to try and understand.
Hi to be honest and to save you money i would cliclk on some of the links on here as they have really good info on them and also they have alot of good info on the hhs site fromm google my doctoe printed that one out for me when she said i had fibro so i think you will find all you need on here rather than a book or if you have a kindle you could go on amazon and download a book from there i am sure there are free ones that cover fibro good luck but unless you got it you really dont get it love diddle x
I think we all have problems explaining what having Fibro means for everyone not just us and how it makes us feel, but I think you will have your work cut out getting anyone to read a whole book on it, when to be honest I don't think a lot of them really want to know.
However, if you go to the main Fibro Action site you will find a wealth of information and if you via the link below, you will be able to print off some really good explanatory notes,
