Can any1 recommend a good........ living with fibro book?? Im finding it really hard to explain to family just how i really feel and what i have to live with everyday and the coming future.

I put on this mask of strength and pretty sure my family dont have a clue esp my partner............ i need them to understand.

Hi old before time. I don't think anyone could possibly have a clue what it's like to have Fibro unless they have it.

Click on the link 'visit our website' on the right side of the home page. There is lots of helpful info there. It may help them to try and understand.

Hello old_before_time,

I think we all have problems explaining what having Fibro means for everyone not just us and how it makes us feel, but I think you will have your work cut out getting anyone to read a whole book on it, when to be honest I don't think a lot of them really want to know.

However, if you go to the main Fibro Action site you will find a wealth of information and if you via the link below, you will be able to print off some really good explanatory notes,

I hope it helps

happy hugs, kate
