so today i have my bloods done didnt eat after ten last night ,, got up and dressed then .......had a coffee ,, doh #epic fail ... ah well try again tomorrow x

btw thanks for the support the other day i did read them but its taken me a bit of time to get somewhere back to normal ,,, i say normal ... who am i kidding
