Today I am working from home and my normal office chair just wasn't working for me. A bit odd but here is my new one...

Hope you are having a comfortable day :) x

Hi there :-)

I did exactly the same when my old PC was still around and the chair very uncomfy. It's so good for strengthening your core muscles, though it has to be said there were days when I couldn't even contemplate using the ball. Hoorah for the arrival of my iPad which I can use upside down, inside out and almost anywhere in between :d :d :d

I was advised at physio to use a gym ball to improve my balance, well, I came a cropper and now it is used by my Grandchildren, they have great fun with it. xxx

On the ball and multi tasking deserves a great deal of respect. :-)

I could only do one or the other that's for certain. x

There is one on top of our wardrobe, flat. It was confiscated from g`kids before something got broke. :P

Thats an idea for when we are bored one day, a competion to find the most unusual things that live on top of wardrobes. :D

Hehe thanks! It is easier than it looks, think of it as a squishy seat!x

I have a squishy seat without the gym ball, or is that too much info? xx

Hehe, love it. I was going to write squishy stool but I didn't think that sounded appropriate ;) x

It would have given us a whole new topic of conversation. xx

Looking at your work station pic I'm wondering if you have had a DSE work station assessment? If you work on a laptop you should have a laptop stand which will raise the screen level with your eyes. Then you will also need a separate keyboard. You could get in touch with Access to Work who will assess you at work.

Hi,

I work from home and I changed my office chair too! Yours looks more fun than mine!! I've gone for a red leather office chair that heats up and massages too!! The only thing is I find I want to nod off, whe the chair is warmed up! Zzzzzzzzzzzz!

Love the sound of that chair it seems to do everything for you apart from doing the work of course. That has reminded me to get my new back warmer out I had forgotten I had it beings I bought it when the weather was warm.x

Absolytely love it and the colour too. I doubt whether I could balance on it I would probably end up on the floor like a stranded turtle. Hope it works for you.x
