hi no i havent had any ear infections but you should go to your gp and get it checked out love diddle x
Yes, just before New Year I felt every so dizzy especially when I turned over in bed, got up too quickly etc. I was diagnosed with positional vertigo which is dizziness when the ehad moves in certain directions. I had ot for about 6-8 weeks and still afraid to turn too quickly, it's a horrible feeling! Hope you feel better soon. x
Hello bevhepting gentle hugs.
I have had this affliction for many years - it comes and goes - but boy it sure knows how to make an arrival and then some. Bad attacks leave me bed-bound for days - unable to move my head - even weeks at a time - barely allowing me to go pee! Other attacks leave me stumbling about like a drunkard. I still am getting over one that came on following 3 bouts of a cold since Christmas. I hope you don't get them as frequent as I do.
On a lesser note - You'd be surprised how many people believe vertigo IS the fear of heights - Sheesh.

Hi, I know exactly how you feel. I had full blown vertigo for 5 days about 2 yrs ago, and had little whizzy feelings now and then since, but nothing too bad. Then last night,I woke up and felt a little dizzy but went back to sleep ok, thought Id dreamt it, only to wake up feeling worse.Room wouldnt stay still. I had to call in sick at work (Im a lollipop lady). Ive had naps all morning and some lunch and feel better now, tho its still there. It HAS TO go away by tonight, Im going to see Newton Faulkner in Falmouth.Cant miss him.(Fwaahrrrrrrr!!)Luckily Im not driving. But as Sue said, I wouldnt wish vertigo on my worst enemy. Its the WORST feeling.Like being drunk.i dont drink much now coz I hate the feeling (not that I was addicted!!)
my dizzy problems were solved at ENT. clinic by head exercises ! No, I didn't believe it at first but it actually worked. now , at the first signs I get my exercise sheet out and do the exercises again for a couple of days.
It works for me.
