hi lyn-elliott

you should speak with your GP or doctor for referral to ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist as this could be a sign of sinus problems, which are commonly linked with fibro. there are different medicines to treat these.

i have had this it is horrid. my eyes hurt and it gets you down.

I have had a dizzy head for 8 months now. I saw the ENT doctor and had an MRI scan and have finally been diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis. I don't know how long this will last and have just had to learn to live with it. Not sure if this is connected to fibro or not. Hope you feel better soon xxx

Disequilibrium 2 yrs after accident. Good to do physio-swimming, vestibula-related neurophysiotherapy, normal - and frequent - walking, any ball-balance exercises, eye exercises to do with peripherary training. It does all work.
