Pain in both feet and legs help

Hi I have suffered fibro for over 18 years but recently have been getting pains from both knees right down both feet, has anyone else experienced these would love to hear from you. Lots of love squidley

hey squidley i also get a lot of pain in my knees and feet it makes the little walking i do so much harder but ive recently started to use the memory foam insoles which help a little bit

hi there squidley yeah! i also get this iv had fybro that i know of for about 5yrs and mine started (pains in feet and legs ) about 2yrs ago for some reason have no clue why i would ask my doc but he really dosnt believe in fybro and told me so . but those insles work great hope you get some releif xxxkay

As it's a new symptom, get checked out. You should never just assume that new symptoms are down to the Fibro.

If your doctor thinks it isn't anything serious, ask for a referral to physiotherapy. This may help: fibroaction.healthunlocked....

i to have the same symptoms,pain magement has not helped much,medication not stopping pain,so ive now got a mobility scooter so i can get round the supermarket and have independance,ive had FMS for aprox 8yrs,may b longer,have not got any tips to make it go away or just stop even for a day,but theres nothing thats helps,anyone got any tips would love to from any sufferes
