Just done the iorning to help my wife who is out doing here Voulenteer work

But It plays my neck and back up so have to take it easy now but have to do the Lawn today so not much rest so have to sort out my Dads lunch first

and mine so have a good afternoon all out there

Hi diddle no I am just normal Husband we always have worked as a team 40 years in November Doreen is aways there for me when I have a flare up so I help out when I can we just come back from shoping in sainsbury's we all went My dad as well he likes to have a walk around the shop / Jules Doreen always tells me off slow down she said do i listen no so I pay for it ok soft hugs to all ))) Just made a nice cup of Green tea cheers Allan x

Snap.I did ironing this morning to help my wife. Struggled after that to keep my mind working properly and to stop myself going to sleep standing up.

Had a nap for an hour this afternoon, then did a bit of pottering round the garden to fill my council garden bin due for collection tomorrow.

Have just come in and logged on but really want to go to sleep again and get away from the pain

Morning Ang01 I think Doreen would wont to keep me here Lol as we have been together 40 years this Nov and help each other wich all should do and say I Love you each day / well I am here early due to a realy bad head and neck the Demond Army are back so have to fight it to day got up and had a two co/codamol and a shower its fosty here in Wiltshire hope you all have a good day soft hugs )))) Allan .

"nd marriage at 60. My lovely wife is very understanding, doesn't pamper me when I am least expecting it she steps in to drive or help out whatever. She knows I don't give in very easily but always knows exactly how I am feeling.

She had an abusive drunken husband before and I had an abusive wife so it is frustrating when we should be enjoying our retirement to have me with fibro

thanks Alan, a supprting partner and a determination to not be beaten seem to me to be the only way to go. there will never be a cure. or even good treatment.
