Morning all.....Good start to the day....NOT...

Well I had a good start to the day...NOT....

Woke up as usual with the normal aches and pains, got to the turn in the stairs and my fibro decided to play up and whack me in the side, stood there for 5 mins until the pain subsided, went down the rest of the stairs put my foot on the floor and fibro did it again, good start to the day....NOT....

I have taken all my tabs for the moment so should start feeling a little better soon, mind you this weather is not helping us all is it....

I have been taken my Pro D3 for a few days now but have had a dry mouth for a couple of days, I wonder why that is, will check leaflet but don't think it can be the Pro D3, probably the Amytriptyline or Citilopram..

Anyway have a pain free day as possible all and may be back on later...

mornin steve the weather really affects me im in so much pain wen its cold .hope u feel better soon keep warm snuggle up on the sofa it wet outside . luv tofty xx

Sorry to hear it's not a good day for you Steve. Hope things improve. Am finding this cooler weather is leaving me quite chilled. Anyway, just wanted to say that the Ami dries up my spit, so maybe that's what is causing your dry mouth.
