Well I have been thinking the same thing well when its raining it does not help xxx

in reply tobernie1

No, rain makes me stiffen up like a cardboard cut out :o and of course the pain increases with that. Have you tried topical pain gels? I find them quite useful and effective when having spats of pain associated to weather etc.

Maybe your doc could help you with that I get mine on prescription :)

How are you keeping despite the pain Bernie?

Hi Bernie good morning to you yes this pain is not good. I have lumber, cervical spondylosis and scollilosis what ever pain meds I have I have a reaction to them. Not good you have a nice day. Xxx

Hi bernie :)

How are you feeling now hunny?

Do you have someone there who looks after you?

Can they help you get your pain medications or arrange an appointment for you to have a chat with your GP about the increase of pain you are feeling?

I think speaking to your GP about it may be helpful for you :)

You may need a stronger pain killer dosage or something like that :)

{{{{{ Bernie }}}}}} soft fluffie hugs

:) xxxsianxxx :)

Morning Bernie It`s so lovely to hear from you And am glad that you are keeping in touch So sorry about the pain, as Zeb said ointments and gells can work well. ask your doctor about a gell called

Hi bernie1

I think that zeb73 has given you some very advice, talk to your doctor about how you are feeling and see what help you can get to help take your medicines. There is a lot of help out there that you can get.

Please take care of your my friend
